The primary responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
Review DME rentals with clients via email and in-person Maintain DME rental lists updated and determine which equipment should be purchased Coordinating purchase proposals for capital projects Owning the end-to-end PO to invoice process for all sourcing projects Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers Manage daily que of requests from direct email and task management workflow Ensure timely completion of requests Maintain good relationships with suppliers
We are looking for someone with a desire to learn, grow and develop their skills. Ideally this person has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics. Minimum required high school education or GED. This will be an in-person position located in Morton Grove, IL.
Experience with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and Outlook is preferred. Our office strives to provide an exciting and energizing work environment.
